Role Overview:

The Boarding Officer/Ship Agent (Operations) identifies bottlenecks to propose improvements to the organisation's workflow and assists with its subsequent implementation.

The Boarding Officer/Ship Agent (Operations) is expected to establish good relationships with the Ship Captain and Chief Engineer of the ship, and is an organised person who is able to juggle the demands of paperwork and on-site work.
